Hello, I earn rewards points whenever I pay to Globe Telecom. These rewards points are exchanged with food items in Jollibee and Mcdo like burgers, spag, chicken, etc. The code to claim the food items have expiry dates. I want to know if this is covered by RA 10962 and should not have expiry dates. Please see attached for example.

Also, to add, should the rewards points earned from Globe also be included with the no expiry date? Since they usually have expiry like your 100pts will expiry on this date please redeem. Is this also covered by no expiry law?
