Please be informed that only sole proprietorship is registered with DTI.  For Business Name registration, please visit https://business.gov.ph.

For foreign investors, they need to comply first with requirements under the Foreign Investments Act to assess if they are qualified to engage in business in the Philippines.

For corporations, you may register with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
