May I kindly request for the following information on analytical and testing laboratories in the Philippines which the DTI-PAB (Philippine Accreditation Bureau) and/or DTI-BPS (Bureau of Philippine Standards) might be able to provide:

1. Total number of analytical and testing laboratories in the Philippines since earliest available data, with further classifications on: 
(i) geographical location, province; 
(ii) whether public or privately owned; and 
(iii) number of employed scientists/analysts, if possible
