Good morning po.
Maari po bang humingi ng assistance sa pag aksyon sa request namin sa pag refund ng downpayment sa gown/damit na hindi nagamot  (or magagamit pa) dahil sa siwasyon ng pandemic.
Ang sinasabi po kasi ng shop ay "NO REFUNDS" ang policy nila.
Given na ganito ang nangyari sa bansa, hindi ba dapat ay maging considerate sila na ibalik ang deposit/downpayment ng customer?

Maraming salamat po. Sana mabigyan kami ng aksyon.
