I would like to complain J&T EXPRESS’ poor service,  delivering parcel to the wrong BUILDING despite the correct address indicated in the parcel. And for not contacting me at all. The delivery issues with this courier is consistent and recurring. Paid Customers are helpless when this is the courier picked by the stores in shopee snf tiktok. Hope the government could review this business and shut it down for tolerating riders’ behaviours.
