I applied to a visa processing agency to go to Canada. I did not know the list of requirements was tremendously long and is impossible to comply with. I signed up in Apr 2017, prior to Covid there were no updates nor follow-ups from them. They were offering other services before such as employment abroad (not in Canada), tourist visas, and ticketing. I wanted to use the money to apply for a tourist visa to Canada but they don't offer that anymore. I wanted the refund the money if I cannot use it but they don't want to. what can I do? Other more people have the same complaint. Please help us.
