I would to request information about the list of municipalities in CALABARZON region that currently allow the establishment of new chicken and chicken egg farms (issuing licenses and permits to new small-scale/backyard farms) as of 2023 Quarter 4 per National/LGU/DENR/MENRO etc. regulations.
