Your request

You asked for List of Philippine Businesses Registered to Department of Trade and Industry.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from <https://bnrs.dti.gov.ph/search>.

However, kindly be advised that a Business Name Registration is NOT a license to engage in any kind of business and that the business, regardless of its nature, needs to be registered with the Local Government Unit - Business Permit and Licensing Office where the business is located (business address).

In this context, we suggest that you contact the Local Government Unit - Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) of any registered establishment for proper assistance.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to <Sec. Ramon M. Lopez at secretary@dti.gov.ph>. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Thank you.

Respectfully,
