Hi! 
I would like to request from your good office the following information:
1. all the list of  registered pharmacy in Quezon Province
2. all the list of drug store in Quezon Province
3. all the list of authorized store of underarm whitening creams
4. total consumption of underarm whitening cream in Quezon Province

These documents will be use for educational purposes specifically for feasibility study.
