Hi! I would like to request the following data:

LGU self-assessments for CMCI 2021. Specifically, I am requesting the CMCI LDCS forms which were submitted by all Municipalities of Cebu Province for CMCI 2021.

CMCI stands for Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index.

My intention is to know the specific data components that comprise the CMCI indices reported on the DTI website.

I hope you can send the data in the same detail as the standard DTI CMCI LDCS form (i.e., https://cmci.dti.gov.ph/downloads/forms/Final_2022%20CMCI%20LDCS_02.xlsx).

Dear Mr. Selerio,

We regret that we are not able to provide the requested information as these are data that the DTI requests from the LGUs through the latter’s participation to the CMCI program, and are not made publicly available.  

What the DTI does is process these data, and score and rank the LGUs accordingly.  These same scores and ranks of each participating LGUs that the DTI processed, are made public  and available at the CMCI website, which we can also provide the requestor.
