Hi, I'm Sanne and i would like to ask for some information regards to start up ecosystem in Philippines, particularly to business registration.

1. I'm planning to do a tech start-up but do I immediately need to acquire a Business permit even if my product is not available and still on research? 

2. request for procedures or IEC on tech start-up registration as a business.
