Good day! I am currently working on my dissertation proposal regarding PUV Modernization Program. I have read on an article that DTI will be releasing guidelines regarding the program. I would like to ask if the guidelines on the program is now available. I would highly appreciate a copy of the guidelines since this would be very helpful on my research.
