Greetings!

I am writing this request to formally ask your good office for an electronic copy of the IRR of RA 10609. 

I tried looking for the said IRR on the website of DTI, but for some reasons, the website will redirect me to a site and it says that the IRR is no longer available online.

On this note, I am respectfully requesting your good office for an electronic copy of the said IRR.

I am hopeful for your favorable and prompt reply to this request.

This in reference to my first request. I mistakenly wrote RA 10609, instead of RA 10909.
