Hi! I would like to request:

I am a student from Ateneo and planning to right about Post COVID-19 effect as to consumer rights, labor rights, etc.

1. If there is a study on the price range and fluctuations of prices during COVID-19 pandemic as to N95 masks and COVID-19 rapid tests
2. Sanctions done to regulate the prices (memorandum, laws, any action)
3. Identified violations of such sanctions (in general) if any

I intend to understand how the pricing was affected by the pandemic setting. In relation to it, I intend to check how the DTI regulated or tried to address the situation.
