Hi! I am James Christian D. Lorica, a 4th Year Industrial Engineering student from National College of Science and Technology, and I am humbly asking if it is possible to request the document of "The number of registered hardware stores in Cavite" from the year 2015 until Dec 2020. This data would be an important data for our feasibility study which should be done in a span of a short time. This data will be considered as the target market and without this our whole output will be considered unfinished. I am hoping for a consideration, thank you and good day.

Please be informed that only sole proprietorships are registered with DTI, hence not all operating businesses may not be registered with DTI. 

Also, kindly be advised that a Business Name Registration is NOT a license to engage in any kind of business and that the business, regardless of its nature, needs to be registered with the Local Government Unit - Business Permit and Licensing Office where the business is located (business address).

In this context, we suggest that you contact the Local Government Unit - Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) of each municipality in the province of Cavite for proper assistance.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to <Sec. Ramon M. Lopez at secretary@dti.gov.ph>.
