Kindly be informed that only sole proprietorships are registered with DTI, hence not all operating businesses may not be registered with DTI. 

Also, kindly be advised that a Business Name Registration is NOT a license to engage in any kind of business and that the business, regardless of its nature, needs to be registered with the Local Government Unit - Business Permit and Licensing Office where the business is located (business address).

In this context, we suggest that you contact the Local Government Unit - Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) of each LGU in NCR for proper assistance.
