Good day! 

I am Juliana Adelaine Javier and I would like to request for the following datasets:

1. 2021 Average occupancy per vehicle type on major radial and circumferential roads
2. 2021 Vehicle operating costs (Fuel, oil, tires, maintenance, distance related depreciation) at different speeds on major radial and circumferential roads

Note: If 2021 data are not available, at least 2018 would suffice
