Please note that this is a regular request and does not fall under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016). 

DTI registers only a business name for a sole/single proprietorship business. To check if the Business Name is already registered with DTI, you may verify it through the search facility of the web-enabled BN Registration System: https://bnrs.dti.gov.ph/search. 

However, for Brand name or Trademark Registration, you may coordinate with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL). You can contact their office at (02) 7238-6300 local 5405, 5406, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests?agency=IPOPHL.
