I would like to ask for an assistance to prompt Entrego to make an immediate action to address my issue regarding my undelivered package from a bank. Entrego keeps on assailing that there has been a failed delivery attempt when there is really NO ATTEMPT MADE BY THE ENTREGO DELIVERY SERVICE. It has been the 2nd attempt yet, there is NO ACTUAL DELIVERY ATTEMPT MADE. I feel being fooled by Entrego, causing me stress and exhaustion. Their poor quality service already caused me 2 days of work.
