Let me first laud the DTI for its successful implementation of the Shared Service Facilities (SSF) project. The SSF page in the DTI website is very informative and promotes transparency.
  
May I request DTI to provide a list of equipment required (within the next 2-3 years) by the different “Priority Industry Clusters” which the agency has identified (whether or not the equipment would be provided through the SSF).

The info will enable relevant stakeholders identify possible interventions that may complement with the SSF and Industry Clustering initiatives of the DTI.
