Hi! I would like to request for a refund amounting 1500.00.  Converge - internet company request for an initial deposit before installing the internet. I paid on December 2020. Until now it is not installing the internet. I keep on sending follow- up through email and they only response once  and until now no reply.

Please help me refund the money.
