This September 11th, I sent an email to the Bureau of Philippine Standards (DTI-BPS) at <BPS@dti.gov.ph>, <1bps@dti.gov.ph>, and cc'd <foi@dti.gov.ph> and <bps.smd@dti.gov.ph>.
