Hi i would like to request complain regarding 

To the product that i bought this day january 27 2024, i bought vicks inhaler but i noticed that the product that i bought was open and the smell of inhaler not that kind of strong mentol smell,  i talk to the brance manager of mercury drug novaliches sta.quiteria nut she did not exchanged or refund the product that i bought.
