Hi DTI FOI Team!

I would like to request a soft copy of the Joint Memorandum Circular on the National Employment Recovery Strategy (NERS). I have viewed the websites of DTI, DOLE, DSWD, TESDA, and other agencies included in the task force, and I only saw news articles and DOLE's press releases on the matter. No soft copy is available online.

The Joint Memorandum Circular (or any documents you can share) will help me in my academic term paper requirements for my graduate studies. Rest assured that the file/s you will send me will be strictly used for that purpose only.

Thank you.
