Peace be upon you all. I would want to request for information about the following: 

1. The United Tausug Citizen UTC 80,000 members people of the Sultanate of Sulu want to have 100,000 each member for livelihood program or capital in order that they will start even if a small business.

2. If they have monthly income, they can have a peaceful life.
