I am a member of the faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Batangas. I am doing a longitudinal study on the relationship of infrastructure in LGUs in Batangas with economic dynamism, resiliency and innovation over time using Data Envelopment analysis. My research framework requires the proxy indicators in their absolute values, instead of the normalized values that are available in the data portal.
