Good day,
      I would like to inquire about my case.
 
I purchased a YAMAHA MOTORCYCLE about 4 mos. ago with a downpayment of Php. 62K but found out that it has a FACTORY DEFECT which was also declared by my authorized dealer (KEYMOTORS E-RODRIGUEZ BRANCH).  My inquiry is can I request for a new unit since it is factory defect? 
 Waiting time is 2 weeks to 1 month for the repair.  I am using the unit during work because I am a CREDIT INVESTIGATOR.  How will they compensate me if the change of unit is NOT APPLICABLE?
