We refer to your letter of Dec 20, 2023 02:30:53 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for List of all Bankrupt Company year 2023.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.  Please be advised that the DTI does not determine the bankruptcy of a company.  We can only provide you with the number of sole proprietorship that closed their business name.  Are you okay with this?
