I would like to request a database containing the statistics or numbers of  products under the excise tax on alcohol and tobacco products

Specifically the following:
1. Cigars
2. Cigarettes
3. Cigarettes Packed by Machine
4. Alcoholic Beverages

Kindly consider the 31 years period per data, Thank you!
