Hi! I would like to ask for assistance regarding my lost parcel:
*Paid it already to seller but will be ship through Shopee Express using Shopee app.

Aug 23-Order was placed
Aug 25-Seller bring the item to the nearest hub
Aug 28-Order got cancelled stating pickup was unsuccessful, seller went to hub but mentioned that the item was picked up already (in transit)
Sept 1-Seller filled out a form for a lost parcel through Shopee Seller Customer Service.

Today's date, Sept 08, me as buyer and the seller dont have any information yet with the item.
