Hi I would like to sue this person Jilliane Valerie Ariola from San Fernando City La Union. Dated July 18, 2023 nagbayad po kami sakanya ng 1 month advance and 1 month deposit for a total of 10,000 pesos. Para sa pinost niyang paupahan nila. Since nakapag fully paid na kami ineexpect po sana namin makalipat din agad sa pinapa rentahan nilang apartment nila. pero hangang ngayon wala parin at nag rerequest na po kami ng full refund since karapatan naman po namin makuha yung buong pera na binayad namin sakaniya pero hangang ngayon dipa po niya kami binabayaran at panay siya umiiwas.
