Good day! I am a third year law student and I would like to request the Congressional/Committee (House and/or Senate, whichever is available) Deliberations of the Consumer Act of the Philippines. If it would be more convenient, I can narrow down the coverage of my request to the deliberations regarding Articles 66-69 and 169 of the Consumer Act. Thank you very much!
