I am Joice Gianne N. Vicente, currently taking up Masters of Science in Economics (MSc in Economics) at Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP). My research interest concerns the Relationship of the Pandemic to the Increase and/or Decrease of Consumer Complaints related to Fraud, Scam, and the likes to Online and Offline Sellers / Stores.

With this, may I respectfully request data concerning consumer complaints on Offline and Online Transactions from the year 2015 to 2020.
