Hi, I would like to request a copy of Memorandum Order dated June 11, 2019 which prescribes the guidelines on the application for sales promotion. This "memorandum" has been cited in some articles, but there have been no official copies of it available to the public. Thanks.

Good day!

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, this query falls under FOI Exceptions, particularly Item 1. b.i (Executive Privilege) which states that memoranda are internal in nature, therefore the denial of the request.

Your right to request a review
