Hi, may I ask if an online platform store like shopee can issue an official receipt or invoice? I purchase an item at shopee mall and ask for a receipt and they only say it will take 30 days for the receipt to be issued and it's a form of soft copy and send tru email. But my company will only reimburse if I only have a hard copy receipt. I purchase some store in shopee and with no hesitation they will include the Official Receipt in the package upon shipment. But this SHOPEE MALL does not issue or will issue 30 days upon purchase. Can you enlighten me on this? Thanks and more power!
