Greetings,

I am a filipino citizen and I am planning to create an online business - basically a mobile app for normal users and business owners (restaurants, etc.).

Can you please list the things that I should comply or consider to ensure that I am abiding the law in Philippines? Like GDPR and so on.

Should I also register my online business even if I don't have a business physical location? Since I will be utilizing the cloud features of Google. If yes is the answer, please advise on the steps that I should do.

Please note that this is a regular request and does not fall under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016). DTI handles and registers only a business name for sole proprietorship. For business permit, you may coordinate with the Local Government Unit-Business Permit and Licensing Office where the office is located.
