The respondents of this study are the employees of small-scale food establishments in Malaybalay City that are accredited by DTI.
With this in mind, we would like to request a list of the small-scale food establishments registered with your office to assist us in achieving our objectives.
We assure you that the data provided to us will not be uploaded online or used beyond the scope of this request.

I have received your response regarding my request, and I appreciate your prompt reply. However, as stated, my request will be responded to on or before May 12, 2023, at 01:09:37 PM.
