Our agency is planning to develop its own document tracking system and I found that the DTI Document Management System would be a great system to emulate.

In relation to this, may I ask the following questions:
1)Was the system developed internally or externally? How much was the cost involved?
2) If the system was developed externally, may we respectfully ask for the procurement documents such as but not limited to the bidding documents, TOR, and the winning bidder, among others.
