Hi! would like to request the following:


1. A copy of the actual survey questionnaire or copy of the research instrument that the DTI used in measuring or determining the Economic Dynamism and its sub-components Score in the Competitiveness Index of Manila LGU from 2014-2019.

I am requesting this as we are currently studying the relationship of Flooding and Economic Dynamism of Manila City for our undergraduate thesis and by having a copy of the actual survey questionnaire that your institution used in measuring its score is the only way to determine who is our respondents in this study.
