This refers to the request I made last July 23, 2019 to your Department via eFOI. You denied my request on the ground that, it is BPS which has the information I needed. I just want to emphasize that although BPS is under your department, it is not a listed agency under the eFOI.  There was no other way to send them an FOI request, other than your department. 

I recognize that you forwarded my request to BPS.  However, I have not received any reply from them. It has been more than a month since my FOI request.
