Hello, I would like to request a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding signed by  HBIS Group Co., Ltd., Huili Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., and Steel Asia Manufacturing Corporation, and PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority to implement the US$4.4 billion Philippine Iron and Steel Project in Misamis Oriental.
