Dear Allana Marie Mier,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 17, 2022 11:10:36 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for List of Small and Micro Enterprises in Mandaluyong City.

Response to Request

Please be informed that only sole proprietorships are registered with DTI, hence not all operating businesses may have been registered with DTI.

Similarly, please note that business name registration in DTI does not classify an enterprise as micro, small, medium or large as we do not require the capitalization in the registration.

Any business, however, needs to be registered with the Local Government Unit - Business Permit and Licensing Office where the business is located (business address). In this context, we suggest that you contact the Local Government Unit - Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) of Mandaluyong City for proper assistance.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to <Sec. Alfredo E. Pascual at email secretary@dti.gov.ph>. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
