Hi! My Connection was capped from Mbps to Kbps last April 5th 2023. However my monthly bill was still they same. I contacted the customer service however I did not get any response from them. And I stopped using the Globe service already. Also my globe account was in active already and now I was surprised that i have a bill amounting to Php 13904.29 which is totally unfair knowing that I was not getting any service for the past 4 months. In addition to that, I was not given any breakdown of the said. Charge.
