Good day, I am Adrian G. Glova, MS Statistics student at the UP School of Statistics in UPD. 

I am conducting research on how to extend financing to MSMEs affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The database of MSMEs will help serve as a sampling frame to draw out possible respondents, through probability sampling, for an online survey.
