What is DTI Bohol plan in controlling the OVERPRICED FISH and related seafoods products

Dear Sir/Mam;

As we all know, bohol province is sorrounded by sea and is rich in seafood products harvest. Bohol fish catch are even supplied to other provinces like CEBU. But in Bohol itself, the PRICES of seafoods products in public markets are so expensive. almost more than twice the price as compared to other provinces.
Fish are bought by comprador at very cheap prices but sold expensive.

This problem has been around already quiet sometime, how come until now walang Action ang DTI Bohol.

I humbly request for the detailed plans of DTI Bohol to solve this problem.
