Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to ask for your assistance on how to avail P3 Program,
I send email to one of the DTI office and they replied that I will go to SBC financing, but after the month of July they said that the program was not yet implemented in the Metro Manila and they turned over me to Radiowealth Financing and the the respond of Radiowealth Financing almost the same that the said program is not yet ready for Metro Manila. But why private financing will hold this program since that was the project our President and why still not yet ready for Metro Manila? that the media announces.
