Hi! We are undergraduate students from the University of Santo Tomas - Senior High School. I would like to make a request on the following:

1. List of DTI-registered Food MSMEs in Mabalacat City, Angeles City, and San Fernando (including business name and email addresses)

Dear Iliana Cashmere Cruz,

We refer to your letter of Jul 05, 2022 07:16:37 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for List of DTI-registered Food MSMEs in the Three Cities of Pampanga.

Please be informed that "registered business" is different from "registered Business Name". On business name registration, we do not have a number of "Registered Businesses."  All we can provide is the number of registered "Business Names" for sole proprietorship.

Also, DTI Business Name registration is not a permit or license to engage in any type of business since the permit to operate is issued by the Business Permit and Licensing Office of the concerned LGU.

Thus, if you are looking for the actual number and details of operating businesses, you may inquire with the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) of the concerned LGU since they are the ones who issue a business permit to operate.

And also kindly note that we cannot identify if a business name is classified as small, medium or large business due to reason that we don't require the capitalization in the registration of business name.

What we can provide you is information on business names containing the term "Food."   If you still want to proceed with your request, kindly let us know.
