Hi, Department of Trade and Industry!

My name is Christine Cortez, I'm currently a graduating journalism student from the University of Santo Tomas (UST). I was hoping to get from you the complete data/number of transaction complaints from Shoppee and Lazada starting from the year 2016 to 2022. I was also wondering if you will be able to include the data of whether or not the complaints are resolved or not. This is for a news report I'm writing for one of my major subjects (Business Journalism).
