Good day, Maam/Sir.
May I ask how do I sincerely reach Shopee PH. This refers to a returned parcel to me, bec a buyer did not receive the parcel. It was scheduled for return to me on the 1st week of March, but until now it hasn't arrived at my address.
I tried contacting Shopee via chat & email multiple times about this, but they repeatedly reply w/ automatic messages, & even if they did reply, they only keep on escalating my concern that it's now almost two months since the supposed to be return date of the parcel. I'm worried that they might have already disposed my parcel without notice. Ty
