(part 2) May I kindly request for the following information on analytical and testing laboratories in the Philippines

2. Most recent list of all accredited analytical and testing laboratories in the Philippines, with further classifications on: 
(i) geographical location, province; 
(ii) whether public or privately owned; 
(iii) number of employed scientists/analysts;
(iv) number of accredited procedures by PAB;
(v) enumeration of that laboratory's accredited procedures;
(iv) number of pending accreditation applications at PAB; and
(v) enumeration of that laboratory's pending accreditation
